THE GOLDEN JOYSTICK AWARDS 2026

The world’s largest public-voted gaming accolades, the Golden Joystick Awards, are returning to London’s iconic Troxy on the 11th of November. 

The Golden Joystick Awards are held in special regard because they are voted for by the people who buy and play games. Every year, millions of fans show their support for their favourite games, developers, publishers, and personalities from the last 12 months.

  • August 3, 2026: Nominations Open

  • August 28, 2026: Nominations Deadline

  • September 25, 2026: Shortlist Announced & Public Vote Opens

  • October 23, 2026: Public Vote Deadline

  • October 26 – 30, 2026: Public Vote for Ultimate Game of the Year (UGOTY)

  • November 11, 2026: Golden Joystick Awards Ceremony
