Briefed to "crush boring finance admin", NB Studio challenged the conventions of the finance and technology sectors to add warmth, charm and personality to the simple and efficient service that ANNA provides. Drawing inspiration from the kind of helpful notes and doodles that a friendly human assistant might create, the agency briefed illustrator Alice Bowsher to create ANNA's distinctive handwriting style, as well as a series of quirky character-based illustrations to add wit and humour to traditionally dry and humourless business admin tasks.
