Q: Has the new date been confirmed? 

A: Yes, the new date for the Music Week Awards is Monday 21 September 2020.


Q: I have already booked a table / ticket, what happens now?

A: All you have to do is change the date in your diary to 21 September! Your booking will be automatically transferred to this new date and there is no further action to take.

 

Q: I am unable to make the new date, can I get a refund on my ticket?

A: Yes, there will be an option to get a refund of the booking fee paid. Please email Kate Smith, our Customer Relations Executive at kate.smith@futurenet.com.


Q: I have already booked travel or a hotel, is there compensation to cover this?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to cover travel and hotel costs. You may want to contact your provider directly to discuss amending your booking to the new dates.

 

Q: Will I be issued a ticket or confirmation?  

A: You will receive an e-ticket for the Music Week Awards 2020. 

 

Q: When will I receive my e-ticket?   

A: You will receive your e-ticket in September, a few days before the event date. 

 

Q: When will I need to confirm guest details and dietary requirements?  

A: We will be in touch with our Guest Information Form in May. You will then be able to view the menu and confirm any dietary requirements for you and your guests.

 

Q: I need to book a table / tickets to the awards, how do I do this?  

A: You can book online on our website or please contact Kate, our Customer Relations Executive at kate.smith@futurenet.com to book.

 

Q: I want to add additional tickets to my existing booking. Can I do this?
