David Gutierrez is the Managing Director of AMIC Ltd, a building company based in Tadworth and operating in surrounding regions. AMIC has been trading since 2004 offering full design and building services. David proudly promotes his status as a Master Builder both on-screen and off-screen. David also appeared in the FMB’s first TV advert, which aired in 2017. Along with presenting with and Grand Designs Live and Skills London. AMIC has been a member of the Federation of Master Builders since 2012.
