Rose creates food content across Future’s lifestyle and homes titles. She completed a Diplome de Patisserie and Culinary Management at Le Cordon Bleu, and worked in professional kitchens before moving into publishing. Rose has been fortunate to interview cooking royalty Mary Berry and had her work published in a range of print and online publications. Rose is always on the look out for great time-savers, including shop-bought Christmas food that can give homemade food a run for its money.
