Alex has over a decade’s experience in the wine industry across retail, marketing, wine writing and judging. He is currently Decanter’s Head of Marketing with a key part of his role involving the brand’s prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards. Alex has completed his WSET Level 3 and is currently studying towards the WSET Diploma in Wines. He is a particular fan of all things sparkling when it comes to wine, especially during the festive season.
