What are the Best of Show Awards at ISE?
The Future Best of Show awards at ISE is our annual awards programme that recognises some of the most innovative products and solutions on show at the industry’s biggest annual trade show. This year’s programme is open to companies exhibiting at any of the ISE roadshow events or as part of any virtual component. All nominations are judged and presented by Future industry leading publications: Installation, AV Technology, Mix, Residential, Systems, Sound & Video Contractor, and Tech & Learning.
What are the Best in Market Awards?
Last year, due to the global situation at the time, we successfully launched the Best in Market awards to offer an alternative platform for the many products and solutions in the marketplace no longer being supported by major live events. The programme is open to all manufacturers of professional AV products and solutions, regardless of exhibitor status at virtual events. The Best in Market awards will be judged and presented by Future’s industry leading publications: Installation, AV Technology, Mix, Residential Systems, Sound & Video Contractor, Systems Contractor News, Digital Signage, and Tech & Learning.
Can I enter more than one product, and more than one award?
You can submit a product for consideration by one or more of these leading publications, and may submit multiple products for consideration. If you are an exhibitor at ISE 2022, you may also enter products in both the Best of Show and Best in Market awards programmes. There is no limit for entries, but please note that each entry will require a separate entry and payment. For both programmes, products must have been released since the last ISE show which took place in June 2021.
How much does it cost to enter?
The cost of each entry is £410 + VAT
Who can enter?
If you are exhibiting at ISE 2022 then you can enter the Best of Show 2022 at ISE category that is dedicated to exhibitor products. If you are not/are no longer/or are unable to exhibit at ISE 2022, then you can enter your products and solutions in our Best in Market ‘22 awards category which is a dedicated market-wide programme for non-ISE exhibitors. ISE 2022 exhibitors may enter both the Best in Show AND Best in Market awards programmes.
How do I enter?
Entries are submitted through our nomination form and are subject to specific criteria, levelling the playing field and ensuring that the judges receive all the pertinent information for each entry in the same format. This information is then used to feature shortlisted products in our Print Supplement, and to feature all entries in our Awards Directory.
What do I need to enter?
The entry form will ask for a 300 word profile about your product. The 300 words should demonstrate the reasons why your product deserves to win a Best of Show or Best in Market Award. For example, it could cover:
• Ease of Use/Maintenance
• Performance against category standard
• Richness/relevance of the feature set
• Value/ROI
• Versatility
• Anticipated reliability
For your entry you will need:
- Your product name
- 300 words describing why your product is innovative and why it deserves to win a Best of Show Award (see above)
- A high res image of your product
- The URL for the company who makes the product
