FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Companies can submit a product or solution for consideration by one or more of our leading publications - TVBEurope, TV Tech, Radio World, Installation, ITPro, AVTechnology and Sound & Video Contractor - and may submit multiple products for consideration. There is no limit for entries, but please note that each entry will require a separate entry and payment.

The cost of each entry is £525.00 per product plus VAT (if applicable).

Any company exhibiting at IBC 2026 is eligible to enter its products/solutions for the Best of Show Awards. Products must have been introduced to market within the last 12 months and must be on display at the exhibitor's IBC booth. If you are unsure about the eligibility of your company or product, please contact us.

Please list that the product is under embargo in the entry process - no products will be publicly mentioned until after winners are announced, currently planned for September 13, 2026.

Entries are submitted online here and are subject to specific criteria, levelling the playing field and ensuring that the judges receive all the pertinent information for each entry in the same format.

The deadline for entries is set for 23:59 CET on Friday, August 28, 2026.

For your entry you will need:

  • Your product name
  • 500 word pitch describing why your product deserves to be considered for a Best of Show award. Please note, this entry will be read by the judges.
  • A high res (300dpi) image of your product (less than 20mB)
  • The URL for the company that makes the product

If you are entering a product/solution on behalf of a client, please ensure that you enter the client’s company name as the manufacturer, and not your PR/marcoms company. 

If you would like to amplify your nominated product through the show daily, or our other digital channels, you can select one of our amplification packages in the registration form. Our sales team will then be in touch with further details!

All winners will be notified on the penultimate day of the show - currently set for September 13th. Winners will be notified prior to the awards being officially announced.

Furthermore, all winners will be invited to collect their physical crystal glass trophies from the Future booth to display at the show.
