FAQ

Standard tickets are priced at £24, which includes access to all of the great content, plus a workshop. Children under 2 are free of charge. All children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. Please note that adults attending with children must also purchase a ticket.

You can choose from two performances. Please see our Theatre line up pages for session one and session two before making your selection! 

Every ticket requires you to arrive by 11:30, and the festival finishes at 16:30. You'll receive a personalised agenda by email before the day so you know what time each of the sessions you're attending will start. 

We know both adults and children alike will enjoy the authors on stage. The Week Junior Festival aims to inspire children to fall in love with reading over the course of the school holiday, and the event is a brand new way to help children aged 8 - 14 engage with reading. 

Yes, you can book for up to 12 people on the website. If you'd like to book for a larger group, please contact eve.mulvaney@futurenet.com

Yes, you will be able to buy books on the day, but to avoid queuing we highly recommend buying your books before the event. We will accept card payments and National Book tokens on the day. 

The event takes place at the Royal Institute, 21 Albemarle Street, London on  24 October 2023. Getting there couldn't be easier. Visit our page for more information on your travel journey. 

The Theatre performance in your ticket is 1 hour and 30 minutes long and features four -five authors. The additional workshops are 45 minutes - 60 minutes long. You'll also have time to visit the book signing area and our brand partners during the event. 

All of the authors who feature on The Main Stage will be signing their books on a first-come, first-served basis on the day. Once you've booked your tickets, you'll be able to head over to our partner website lovereading4kids.co.uk to buy your favourite books in advance. Simply bring them with you to the event. Alternatively, if you'd like to buy a book on the day, you'll be able to do so, although all books will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid queues, we recommend buying them in advance! Unfortunately we can't guarantee that you will be able to get your books signed.
