Entry Process
Step 1
Before you start your entry, be sure to check out our categories and FAQs pages. Go to the website sub-menu and read about what publications are best for your product/solution, what the award prices are, who's eligible to enter the awards, and much more.
Step 2
Prepare for the nomination questions, which include:
1) Manufacturer and Product name
2) 300-word Product Pitch
3) Product Image and URL
4) Your ISE Booth Location/Number
Step 3
Submit your entry! After creating your first nomination, you can either choose to submit just the one entry; clone that entry to submit it for another category; or create a new entry for a different product altogether. There are no restrictions on how many entries you can have!

The Future Best of Show Awards at ISE is our annual awards programme that recognises the most innovative products and solutions on show at the industry's biggest annual trade show. This year's programme is open to companies exhibiting at ISE 2025. All nominations are judged and presented by Future's industry leading publications: Installation, AV Technology, TVBEurope, Digital Signage, Mix, Residential Systems, Sound & Video Contractor, Systems Contractor News and Tech & Learning.

You can submit a product for consideration by one or more of these leading publications, and may submit multiple products for consideration. There is no limit for entries, but please note that each entry will require a separate entry and payment.
Each entry costs £525 + VAT.
If you are exhibiting at ISE 2025 then you can enter the Best of Show Awards 2025. There is no further eligibility criteria.
Entries are submitted through our nomination form and are subject to specific criteria, levelling the playing field and ensuring that the judges receive all the pertinent information for each entry in the same format.
The entry from will ask for a 300 word profile about your product. The 300 words should demonstrate the reasons why your product deserves to win a Best of Show Award. For example, we would recommend to cover the following:
- Ease of Use/Maintenance
- Performance against category standard
- Richness/relevance of the feature set
- Value/ROI
- Versatility
- Anticipated reliability
For your entry you will need:
- Your product name
- 300 words describing why your product is innovative and why it deserves to win a Best of Show Award (see above)
- A high resolution image of your product
- A product or company URL
