Q - Will I be issued a new ticket?
A - Good news, your ticket can be transferred to the new summit date. You don’t need to do anything.  We will email you with a new e-ticket with the new date. 


Q - If I can't make the new date, can I get a refund on my ticket? 
A - Yes, for refunds on tickets purchased please email vicki.wilson-lees@futurenet.com 


Q - Will the speakers and the agenda be the same for the postponed show?
A - We will aim to keep the programme the same where possible,but will issue the programme nearer the time. 


Q - I have pre-paid for parking, will I be able to get a refund or use it for the new summit dates?
A -  Yes, you can amend your booking or get a refund if you can’t make the new date, please visit the NEC website for further information.
