Tom is a director in KPMG’s Private Client team with over 15 years of experience advising entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals on their tax affairs. He works exclusively with privately owned businesses and their owners, advising on all tax matters, including the acquisition and disposal of businesses, property structures and inheritance tax. Tom advises on a range of land and property transactions and in particular has significant experience in dealing with the tax issues associated with land pooling. Tom understands the complex nature of transactional work and is passionate about providing private individuals, companies and trusts with proactive commercial advice in relation to the tax and wealth management issues they face.
