• The winner of the competition must attend the Virtual Spring Homebuilding & Renovating Show run by Future Publishing
  • The attendee must login into the vfairs platform that the Virtual Spring Homebuilding & Renovating Show is hosted on on either the 24th or 25th April 2021
  • The winner will be selected at random
  • The prize is open to UK residents only and the winner must be 18+.
  • The prize is not open to Future PLC employees
  • The winner can select one expert from the Homebuilding & Renovating Team, which consists of Laura Crombie, Jason Orme or Michael Holmes
  • The winner can also select between a RIBA architect and an FMB Master Builder. Representatives to be confirmed at a later date.
  • The design consultation will last up to an hour.
  • The design consultation will take place via video conference at a time convenient to all parties
  • The design consultation must take place within four weeks of the Virtual Spring Homebuilding & Renovating Show, expiring 23rd May 2021
  • The winner can present plans and ask questions relevant to their home project
  • The Experts are not responsible for any decisions taken by the winner following the consultation.
  • The advice given as part of the design consultation is guidance only and therefore any decisions taken by the winner, is their responsibility
